"WW1 Servicemen Belgrave Cemetery"

The impetus for the collecting together of information for this book was to acknowledge the debt, in this century year that the Belgrave community owes to the fallen men who are buried in, or who are resting elsewhere in the world but remembered on the memorials in Belgrave Cemetery.
The book was in no way meant to be a reference book of military information but more about the servicemen’s life before and during the War. Please forgive us if medals are displayed incorrectly. This was not meant as a slight on the valour or service of the men, but ignorance on our part of military matters.
Please view this book as an acknowledgment of their bravery and willingness to lay down their lives so that their children could live in peace and freedom.
